These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (the "Site") and the services we provide, including the purchase of our products. • Only create one account per business. Multiple accounts will be closed.

Section 3: Product, Orders, and Payments

• All product images used on the Site are representative, actual product colors may vary slightly due to monitor or screen settings.
• Placing Orders - By placing an order through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and availability of the products, as well as verification and acceptance by RYC Flooring.
• Pricing and Payment - Prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and handling unless otherwise specified. Payment is due at the time of order placement. Payment shall be made via United States domestic wire transfer unless otherwise specified by invoice, sales contract, or sales order.
• Order Changes and Cancellations - Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled without our prior approval. If you need assistance, please contact us immediately.

Section 4: Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship your order in a timely manner. Almost all orders should be processed within 24 hours. However, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our control. Shipping times vary by product and location, bulk orders may require freight shipping. Customers are responsible for freight costs and any freight damage claims.

Section 5: Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is available on our Refund Policy page. Please review it before making a purchase. We have a 14-day return policy for unused, undamaged materials, with return shipping costs borne by the customer and a 25% restocking fee. Custom or special order items are non-returnable.

Section 6: Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of RYCOOKS LLC d/b/a RYC Flooring or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
