Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs

All prices displayed and advertised by RYC Flooring, including on the company's website, are exclusive of shipping. The buyer is responsible for all freight and/or shipping transportation costs. RYC Flooring partners with reputable freight carriers and is able to provide competitive quotes for both full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) freight upon request.

Pallet Packaging Standards

All pallets shipped by RYC Flooring will, unless unfeasible or unrealistic, have cardboard corner protectors and double shrink wrapping to ensure product safety during transit.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Prices displayed and advertised by RYC Flooring, including those on the website, assume a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of at least one (1) pallet. All sales are based on whole pallets unless otherwise requested by the buyer.

For orders of partial pallets or individual cases, an additional handling fee of $3 per case will apply. This fee is in addition to any freight or shipping costs required to transport the case(s) to the buyer.

Order Processing Times

RYC Flooring is committed to processing orders promptly. Most orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment is received. Orders received before 12:00 PM ET are typically processed same-day.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all orders must be prepaid by the buyer before RYC Flooring will ship any product(s).

Special Packaging and Handling Requests

If an order requires extraordinary packaging, handling, or special accommodations, RYC Flooring will negotiate in good faith with the buyer to address these requests. Any associated costs will be agreed upon prior to shipment.

Force Majeure

In the event of an interruption to RYC Flooring's business operations due to circumstances beyond its control—including, but not limited to, acts of God, weather-related events, riots, civil commotions, insurrections, acts of terrorism, or war (declared or undeclared)—processing times may be extended. RYC Flooring will make every reasonable effort to resume normal operations as quickly as possible under such conditions.

Updates to This Policy

RYC Flooring reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Shipping & Handling Policy at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting to the RYC Flooring website or distribution through other official communication channels. Buyers are encouraged to review the policy regularly to stay informed of any updates.
