As a wholesale distributor, we try to maintain the most competitive pricing and continuously streamline our operations. We strongly encourage all customers to confirm their order details, including quantities and specifications, before placing an order.
Return Policy
At RYC Flooring, we are committed to delivering high-quality flooring products to our customers. Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, our return policy is designed to address only specific situations within a strict time frame. Any returns requested outside of this time frame will not be honored.
Key Terms of the Return Policy
Return Window
Returns are only accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Any return requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
Return Eligibility
Only products that meet the following criteria are eligible for return:
- Unopened and in original packaging.
- Free from damage, wear, or installation.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or partially used boxes.
- Custom, special-order, clearance, or discounted products.
- Accessories such as adhesives, trims, and underlayment.
- Products damaged after delivery.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund or credit.
Inspection and Authorization
- Before returning any products, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from RYC Flooring.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.
- Original shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
Damages or Defects
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all products immediately upon delivery. Any damages, shortages, or defects must be reported to us within 5 business days of receipt. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
- For shipping-related damage, please take photo evidence of the damage at the time of delivery and contact the freight carrier directly to file a claim.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported to us within 5 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this time will not be eligible for resolution.
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue are required for all claims.
Refund Processing
- Refunds or credits will only be issued after the returned products have been inspected and approved by our team. This process may take up to 15 business days from the date we receive the return.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
Return Process
- Customer will request a return from RYC Flooring.
- If approved, RYC Flooring will issue the Customer a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Customer will pay for the product to be shipped back to RYC Flooring.
- If the return is approved, a 25% restocking fee will be applied, and a refund will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned product.

Defective or Incorrect Products

Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting to the RYC Flooring website or distribution through other official communication channels.
