Ordering From RYC Flooring

Getting Started

This is a guide to order products from RYC Flooring. For any questions or support, contact us at support@rycflooring.com. Expect responses within 12 hours of contacting us.

1. Estimate Quantity Required

Measure out and estimate the square footage needed for the area you are covering with flooring. RYC Flooring recommends adding an additional 10-15% of additional square footage to your estimate to allow for tolerance and cutting boards down to size. 

2. Select Product

Browse and select your exact product from the RYC Flooring website, noting which colors are in stock, the dimensions, and specifications of each flooring product that RYC Flooring offers.

3. Add Quantity Required to Cart

Add enough cases to your cart from RYC Flooring's website to cover the square footage of your flooring area (including the additional 10-15% for tolerance). The product page for each of our products outlines the square footage included within each case.

4. Place Order (No Payment Required)

Place your order via our website. Payment will not be taken at the time you place the order.

5. Confirm Order Details

A sales representative will reach out regarding your order within 12 hours. They will confirm the details of your order including quantities, shipping address, and confirm the cost of shipping. 

6. Pay for Order

An invoice will be generated (including the cost of shipping) and sent to the customer for payment. The invoice will container details on how to send payment for the order. 

7. Order Processing and Shipment

Once the invoice is paid, the order will be sent for processing and shipment will be arranged. Order processing takes less than 24 hours and frequently occurs same-day. Shipment tracking or details will be provided by RYC Flooring.
