Payment

Why is payment not taken once an order is placed?

Due to the wholesale nature of our business and large order values, RYC Flooring offers manual payment capture via wire payment. Wire instructions will be sent immediately after placing an order, if the wire payment method is selected upon checkout. Credit cards are subject to an additional 3% processing fee, which is charged by our online store provider.  

When is payment taken?

Payment is taken before orders are shipped. 

Who processes payments and how long does payment processing take?

All credit card payments are processed securely and instantly by Shopify. Wire transfer payments will be processed within 12 hours of receiving funds. 

 

Orders & Shipping

How soon do orders ship?

Orders ship within 24 hours, and if placed before 12pm ET, ship same day. 

Where do orders ship from?

RYC Flooring current warehouse is in Burlington, New Jersey. Additional warehouses in California, North Carolina, Texas, and Georgia are planned. 

Who pays for shipping?

The MSRP listed on the website includes the cost of shipping. Customers are welcome to arrange shipping on their own, or pickup product from our warehouse. 

How long does shipping take?

Freight shipping usually takes 1-3 business days, depending on proximity to or warehouses. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of an order being placed. 

Can I order more quantity than what is currently listed on the website?

Our website stock levels are always up to date. If you'd like to order more than what we currently have listed, please email us at support@rycflooring.com

Yes, all product inventory levels are constantly kept up to date on the RYC Flooring website

Can I order samples of flooring?

Yes. Please email us at support@rycflooring.com to order samples, with the desired specification and color. 

Do you sell any other products other than what is listed on the website? 

All products that we sell will be listed on the RYC Flooring website. We are always open to hearing feedback from our customers on products they would like us to carry. Please email any product requests to support@rycflooring.com.
