Richard Cao

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

RYCOOKS LLC (d/b/a RYC Flooring) was founded by Richard Cao in 2020. Mr. Cao is responsible for the operations and strategy of RYC Flooring. Mr. Cao graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with BS in Finance and Accounting degrees, and a Minor degree in Mathematics. While in college, Mr. Cao co-founded Unknown Proxies LLC, an internet services business, which went on to do $1m+ revenue within its first 10 months of operations.  

After graduating from Indiana University, Mr. Cao worked at J.P. Morgan Chase as an Investment Banker within the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Mr. Cao's expertise in business and dedication to customer satisfaction have shaped RYC Flooring into the reliable, customer-focused organization it is today. 

Outside of RYC Flooring, Mr. Cao enjoys playing ultimate frisbee and watching Indiana Football and Basketball.
